Frequently Asked Question

Please note that the installation instructions were built around installation of ESET Advanced Endpoint Protection for Windows. You will have to download edition/version relevant to your installation if the above is not suitable.

NB:It is important to have active internet connection before and during the installation

1. All Windows computers to download from https://download.eset.com/com/eset/apps/business/ees/windows/latest/ees_nt64.msi (64 bit) or https://download.eset.com/com/eset/apps/business/ees/windows/latest/ees_nt32.msi (32 bit)
2. Run the ees_nt64.msi or ees_nt32.msi installer
3. Select your Language and Push next button
4. Accept terms and conditions and push next button
   
   
5. Select suitable option regarding LiveGrid
   
   
6. Select the option to Enable or Disable detection of potentially unwanted applications and push install button
   
   
7. The installation will continue to completion 
8. Once installation is complete, push the Finish button and wait for ESET screen to pop up and click the "Activate this product" link
   
9. Another screen will pop up and click on the "Use a Purchased License Key"
10. Type in the license and push the continue button
    
11. ESET will show that installation was successful if the license key is correct otherwise it will fail and then you can try again entering a correct license key.
12. Once done with license key, ESET will automatially download updates
13. You must leave it to download updates until they are complete and you will be done.
